HOMEMADE FOOD
Today I will share the meals I've made during the past weeks.
As you might have noticed, I eat Japanese food a lot. I feel more healthy eating it, probably because I'm Japanese (haha). So I try my best to eat what is best for my body. At the same time, I try to eat a balanced diet.

気づいてるかもしれないけどうちでは日本食をよく食べるの。体調が一番ベストになれるのが日本食だから、やっぱり健康維持のためにも日本食が欠かせない、たぶん日本人だからかな。笑 あとはもちろん栄養バランスもとれた食事をすることにも心がけてるよ〜
