WORK OUT

I've started working out lately, and since the end of summer I usually do 1 gym pass + 1 yoga class a week! I especially love the yoga class, and always leave there feeling well both physically and mentally. It's like yoga cleans my mind from all the stress that's built up over the week, as well as helps me make calm decisions in my daily life.
ワークアウトを夏の終わりから始めたの。週最低1回のトレーニングと1回のヨガのクラス、合計週2回通ってるよ!ヨガのクラスは特にお気に入りで1週間ストレスとかをリセットしてくれるし、ゆっくり考える時間ができて身体もメンタルも元気になるの!
